If a message, call, or generation request was held for review, it was not delivered. A hold is a screening decision, not proof of abuse. Request a human review for 1 sat. Choose the outcome you want if approved. An approved refund is claimed at /recover with the same payment ID — we email you either way.

If this request is approvedRefund the held payment.Deliver the original message or call, where supported, within 24 hours of the original request.

Delivery needs your permission and a human decision within that window. Requests still held after 24 hours become eligible for a refund; cleanup runs hourly. Generation holds are reviewed for a refund.
