Recover a Past Payment

Enter the Payment Hash of your Lightning payment to claim a pending refund, download a completed audiobook, or see what a charge was for.

What you can recover depends on the service. Refunds and audiobooks are persisted. Most other services (text generation, translation, OCR, calls) deliver results inline and aren't stored after the request.

The 64-character hex string from your wallet's payment receipt. Some wallets label it "Payment Hash", "payment_hash", "r_hash", or just "Hash". Do not paste the Preimage — that's a different 64-hex value some wallets show next to it.

Where to find your Payment Hash

Open your Lightning wallet, find the outgoing payment you made to Sats4AI, and copy the 64-character hex string labelled Payment Hash. Different wallets use different labels for the same value:

  • Alby, Phoenix, Mutiny, Breez, Zeus: Payment Hash
  • BOLT11 spec / LND CLI: payment_hash or r_hash
  • Some wallets: just Hash

Not the Preimage. Wallets often show the Preimage right next to the Payment Hash — both are 64-character hex, but they are different values. We need the Payment Hash. If you paste the Preimage, the lookup will return "no pending refund matches".

We do not store any account, email, or wallet identifier — so the Payment Hash is the only thing that proves the payment was yours. Keep it private. Anyone who has it can claim the refund.
