Got a call or text from this number?
Here is what happened, in plain words.
What Sats4AI is
Sats4AI is the modern equivalent of a payphone, paid in Bitcoin. Anyone can send a message or make a phone call without creating an account — simply by paying. Like a payphone, the number tells you nothing about who used it. For most people this is great for privacy and convenience.
Unfortunately, it is also useful to scammers. We have put protections in place and do our best to fight abuse — but a scam message can still slip through. We are the delivery service. We do not verify the sender's identity. A name or affiliation in the message is the sender's claim, not our confirmation.
Verify unexpected requests independently
Our shared caller ID does not prove that a sender represents a bank, business, or government. An unexpected money request needs an independent check. Never share passwords, PINs, recovery phrases, or authentication codes with the sender.
- Pause before you pay, open a link, or share personal information. Do not follow threats or urgent account-security instructions.
- Check with the person or organization through a number, website, or app you already trust. Do not use contact details supplied in the message.
- Contact your local police if you feel threatened.
Email sats4ai@gmail.com with the message, time, and number that contacted you. Do not include passwords or authentication codes. A report helps us investigate; it does not replace the stop controls below.
